Our Story

Founded in 2001 by Mr. P.S. Kohli as a commercial rental consultancy in Laxmi Nagar, Kohli Associates has grown into a full-service real estate partner for buyers, sellers and investors across Delhi NCR.

What began with commercial rentals steadily expanded into builder floors, kothis, plots, showrooms, commercial buildings and pre-rented investment properties. Over two decades, our promise has never changed: verified listings, honest pricing, and support that continues well after the deal closes.

Today, the next generation — Mr. Gurpreet Singh Kohli, Director of our Investment Portfolio — leads the firm's expansion into investment advisory, while the founding values remain exactly where they started.
